Return Period & Process

Product Eligibility

  • Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unused, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Pre-Approval for Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Specifics on Shipping for Returns

  • We do not process returns or refunds for items for the reason of "item not needed anymore."
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund.
  • Defective Product Clause: If the product is claimed as defective, we cover the return shipping. Upon inspection, if the item is found non-defective, no refund or compensation will be issued. Accuracy in claims ensures fairness in our policy.

Non-Returnable Items
